To ensure compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations, all real estate transactions are centrally managed by the UCF Office of Real Estate. This office provides expertise and support of all the University’s real estate requirements, including strategic property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, easements, long-term planning, and gifts.
Departments, units and colleges must consult with the Office of Real Estate prior discussing or entering into any negotiations with third-parties concerning real estate transactions.
Space Administration facilitates the University’s space request and allocation process, maintains an accurate space inventory for internal and external reporting purposes and provides analyses and information that supports the instructional, research, and administrative space needs of the University and its affiliates.
